Link NRG has developed an innovative business model for Natural Gas utilization that pioneers the acquisition and transportation of stranded natural gas resources. We focus on new applications of existing technologies linking the upstream operations directly to the processing, transportation, and delivery of natural gas to end-user in a regional environment. LINK NRG consists of a group of highly talented professionals with strong expertise and skillsets with a proven track record of global success.
Management – The Team has an average 35+ years of industry experience over multiple international locations around the globe working with power generation, oil/gas majors, small Independent Oil Companies (IOC), and National Oil Company (NOC) Organizations.
Technical – The Team has a depth of technical expertise in subsurface development, facility design and operations, reservoir management, drilling campaigns, and downstream gas processing. The expertise extends across power generation via CNG and LNG shipping, terminal construction, and operations. Several Team Members have offshore platform design, installation, and operations experience in different global locations.
Operations – The Team has over 30+ years of Operations experience with multiple international assignments covering production equipment engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction industry (EPC). Career experiences are unique, in that, they cover both upstream and downstream industries. Team members have developed diverse levels of expertise including strong leadership skills, the ability to pull together seasoned project management and implementation teams, development of contracting and execution strategies for conventional and fast-track projects.
Commercial – The Team has proven successful assignments in Domestic US/Canada and international assignments that encompass financial analysis, developing and executing growth strategies, simplifying control procedures, improving corporate governance, driving actions to increase profitability, and providing financing and deal structuring solutions for corporate and asset acquisitions. Further experience with Sales Purchase Agreement negotiation, business planning, shareholder management, joint venture management, and supply chain management.
Power Generation Operations – Extensive experience in customer service operations more particularly in Operation/Technical tasks directed towards the development of set directions, policies, guidelines, and procedures, implements parts of or major processes in Networks System Planning and Design, Construction/Installation, Operation and Maintenance of power generation facilities.
